Better Cotton Initiative (BCI)

The production industry is one of the most sensitive and impactful in monitoring and reducing the ecological footprint. Over the years, efforts to improve production practices on a cotton scale have been enhanced, especially with cotton being the most in-demand natural fiber on a global scale.

In order to improve the cotton supply chain for a more sustainable production worldwide, in 2005, the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), a non-profit organisation, in cooperation with different interest groups and organisations, committed to ensure a set of policies that prioritise revolutionising cotton production on a large scale:

  • Improved good production practices;
  • Fair labour relations:
  • Transparency for the market;
  • Traceability of cotton.

We are proud to share that, since February 2021, we are certified by the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), thus making our contribution to a greener world and promoting sustainable fashion and practices.
